Meo Carbon Solutions is an independent consulting company with long-standing experience in sustainable and future-oriented solutions. It manages projects for public and private sector clients in Europe, South East Asia, Africa and the Americas. Meo Carbon Solutions services cover entire supply chains from farm to final market—including feedstocks, processing units and final products. By providing individual solutions embedded in the Sustainable Development Goals, Meo Carbon Solutions helps improve clients‘ carbon footprints, increase their sustainability and empower smallholders in supply chains.

Since its founding in 2009, Meo Carbon Solutions has experienced healthy organic growth—taking on even more momentum with increasing demands and awareness of sustainability. We rely on our committed team of highly qualified, motivated and supportive young professionals to achieve these goals. With our combined international experience and variety of scientific backgrounds, we are well-equipped to tackle the current and future requirements of sustainability enhancement. To expand our team, we are looking for talents from economics, law, biochemistry, agricultural science or similar fields with a quick mind, a true sense of accountability and a high degree of initiative. Application Process

Screening

We know you have taken great care with your application and we will match that effort. Each application will be evaluated thoroughly by qualified people management staff. The screening process will take up to one week.

First interview

The next step will be the first interview where we can get to know each other a bit and compare expectations. It does not include any assignments or tests that would require preparation. The first interview will be held online and take about one hour. You will receive the feedback on this interview within one week.

Aptitude test

Depending on the role, we will then send you and aptitude test that will require a maximum of two hours of your time. This test will give you a good idea about what to expect in your daily tasks. It will be professionally evaluated with a meaningful and transparent result communicated to you within one week.

Technical interview

Depending on the role, you will also have the chance to talk to the team lead in a technical interview. This is where you can engage in an expert discussion and find out in detail if the role matches your skills as well as your requirements. The technical interview will also be held online and take about one hour. You will receive the feedback on this interview within three days.

Final interview

The last step is an online interview with our management. Here you and us assess the cultural fit and clarify all the details we both need for the final decision.
