Our Commitment
We have committed ourself to the Supply Chain Act, as part of a group of 33 stakeholders within the Sustainable Agricultural Supply Chain Initiative. The Supply Chain Act binds the committing stakeholders, in support of the German Government’s initiative in favour of a stringent national supply chains regulation, to responsibilities in taking action against environmental and human rights violations within their supply chains. Our Activities
We as a company contribute to the continuous improvement of sustainable production processes and supply chains in our daily business, together with our clients and partners and thus support many of the 17 SDGs.
SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being
- Work-Life balance is key in our daily business and we are trying to continuously improve this balance with various offers for our employees to meet their individual needs
- We offer regular home office for all our employees to increase work flexibility and fit their needs

SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities
- We welcome all people from all genders and ethnicities in our team at MCS, because we believe that diversity is important and necessary for good team work, working atmosphere and business success
- Our employees are always treated equally with the same possibilities in project responsibilities, further education and payment
SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production
- Office material is exclusively from sustainable providers and materials
- Water dispenser for purified tab water & against plastic bottles and long distance transportation
- Lunchtime means grab one of our reusable tableware against packaging waste
SDG 13: Climate Action
- Against a company car fleet – we travel by train, bus, bike or feet
- We try to reduce business travels wherever possible and follow a train-before-plane rule for unavoidable travel kilometres
SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals
- Through our daily work we collaborate with many different partners in the private and public sector to strive for a more sustainable future
- In our close partnership with ISCC (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification) we actively support the recognition and dissemination of certification
